Wow, I am not even sure where to start with our review of West Tower! Absolutely everything was incredible! Our wedding day exceeded our expectations! It really was like a dream come true, everything was perfect the best day of our lives!
Our wedding planner Alex got to know us as a couple and all the small intricacies of our wedding, thank you for all your help in the run up to the day. Your calm and collected approach really put my mind at ease through my many questions and queries as well as on the day, you are exceptional at what you do, our day would not have been the same without you!
The whole place just has a magical feeling to it, the ballroom, the cellar bar, the leather lounge, the stunning bridal suite and of course the beautiful grounds! The Cristal Suite is just amazing, such a lovely place for the bride to get ready with her bridesmaids we loved every minute of this!
People often ask us what was the best part about our wedding day and for both of us the best part about the day was that we didn’t worry about anything. Alex and Kim worked very closely with the suppliers we used. The operation is smooth and slick, the co-ordination they have with their colleagues and suppliers is amazing. We could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was going smoothly and our guests were all enjoying themselves. We never had to keep track of time, Kim was there making sure everything was running smoothly and on time.
I think what makes West Tower such an incredible place is how personal everything is. From the moment we first made contact with the venue through to leaving the day after our wedding, everything was a joy. The venue is stunning and so incredibly perfect in every way! We truly experienced a fairytale wedding at West Tower.
We will be forever grateful for all that you have done, and West Tower has been forever engraved into our memory and our hearts.

We got married at West Tower in October 2019 and it truly was the best day of our lives, we wish we could do it all again! West Tower was the only venue we visited when planning our wedding as we fell in love with it straight away. The house and grounds are beautiful and the exclusivity made our day so personal and intimate. The guest bedrooms are gorgeous and we loved that our family and friends could stay over to carry on the celebrations until the next day. The food was amazing and we had nothing but positive feedback from our guests. We booked West Tower’s recommended supplier Steve Mitchell DJ for our evening and he was great, the dance floor was full all night! The way Steve planned our first dance and following dance with our family was lovely and has given us such special memories to look back on.
The staff at West Tower are absolutely amazing and we cannot thank them enough for making sure that we really did have the perfect day. Alex and the team were so friendly and helpful throughout all of our planning process, they were always there to help with any changes, answer our questions and to provide expert advice. The staff on the day were fab, especially Kim who ensured our day ran so smoothly and we didn’t have anything to worry about. We really could relax and enjoy our day as we were so well looked after.

We had our wedding here on the 2nd August 2019 and it was utterly wonderful from start to finish. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the day ran without any issues. Kim was unbelievable on the day and Maria was fantastic throughout the whole planning process. The food on the day was exceptional – something which all of our lovely guests commented on. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this venue without hesitation and can’t wait to be invited to other weddings in the future just to get another taste of how we felt on our big day. Gaynor and I can honestly say, the service you receive from the staff at West Tower is second to none. Nothing is too much of an effort for them, and they are so professional you know you are in capable hands.
I have to say a massive ‘Thank You’ to Alex Keeley who was our dedicated coordinator, she had everything planned with Military precision. Her engagement with both of us was brilliant, and left us in confidence to enjoy our day.
If I were to do it all again… I wouldn’t change a thing.

Huge thanks to West Tower, Alex Keeley and the team who gave us the very best day on Friday 22 February 2019. Whilst the venue itself is beautiful, and we were certainly blessed with the weather, the canapés, wedding breakfast, buffet were all equally fab. The team have made service an art form, being in the right place at the right time and yet appearing invisible? Never intrusive, eternally helpful, calming when needed, nothing was too much trouble. Seriously, they were the consummate professionals. 
We will be eternally grateful that we chose them for our most special day.

The staff made our wedding day the best day of our lives. they were so attentive, helpful and had thought about everything to make sure our day was seamless. it is a gorgeous venue from top to toe and our guests and family had an epic day and night. accommodation is across the board top notch, the catering is exquisite and our entertainment and suppliers, nearly all of whom were sourced from West Tower open days were a joy to have support our day. Alex and Kim, we cannot thank you enough for all yours and your teams 5 star efforts and we cannot wait to come back on the 16th Dec to see you all again ❤❤❤ anyone thinking of booking West Tower, my thoughts to you would be BOOK BOOK AND BOOK! it will be the best decision you ever made xx

Where to begin?! We got married here a few weeks ago and choosing WT was the best decision ever. We didn’t even view any other venues. From our meetings and emails with Alex, until the heartbreaking moment that we had to check out the day after, we were given exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Alex for all your detailed planning and support and answering my 1000 questions in the run up, and to Kim for being my best friend on the day. Everywhere I looked Kim was continuously working her socks off, and I knew I didn’t have a thing to worry about. I got quite emotional nearer the ceremony as it was too windy to have it outdoors, which I had my heart set upon, and Kim was so patient with me, giving me options always and never making me feel like an inconvenience. She took care of my 93 year old Grandad who was giving me away, making sure he has his seat and a coffee! No request was too much trouble. I won’t forget her passing me a glass of water just as I was about to walk down the aisle as I suddenly felt my mouth go dry but figured I can’t ask Kim for water now it’s too late! And there she was giving me a glass of water without me saying a word. Kim also helped me frantically sort the bustle on my dress with about 30 seconds to go before my first dance. My only regret is that I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye to her or thank her.
We had guests with dietary requests and some that didn’t speak english but West Tower deal with such things like it’s the total norm. All of our guests LOVED the venue and commented on how fab the staff are. Please can you thank all your team from 13^th August 2018 – the bar/food staff, the chef, cleaners – everyone.
I am still regretful that I was running 30 mins late for the ceremony yet Kim kept myself and Bridal party calm and reassured me it would be fine. The food was brilliant and finding a plate of it in our room later on was delightful!
We checked out a bit late as saying goodbye is hectic as we had guests catching flights, but Alex as per usual went above and beyond in ensuring our checkout was as smooth as poss. She even presented us with a gorgeous bottle of champagne as we had some money left on our tab. My heart genuinely broke as I said goodbye to Alex and West tower, (as it did saying farewell to all our fab suppliers) as it’s such a journey you go on from start to end – an exciting but sometimes frightening one.
West Tower treat you like you are the only couple on the planet that day. I only wish we would do it again tomorrow. Thank you West Tower for an unforgettable wedding.

I would like to thank on behalf of my family and my new husband and I, all the staff at West Tower who were superb from start to finish on our wedding day on Sunday 25th of Feb 2018. Even through the many months of planning the wedding Maria at West Tower was extremely helpful with her guidance to make the day become a reality for us. I cannot praise the staff there enough for all the hard work they do. Kim, our wedding co-ordinator for the day made everything feel and run seamlessly and was very friendly and professional. The Venue itself is beautiful and the views are stunning. The food was fantastic and enjoyed by all the guests and wedding party. I would highly recommend this gorgeous venue to anyone in the future as they made my husband and I feel so special from the very first meeting to the actual day.

We cannot thank and praise West Tower enough for making our wedding truly wonderful. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The venue and grounds are beautiful with stunning views. We love its intimate vibe and that it was exclusive to our wedding party. The staff at West Tower are brilliant and did everything possible to make our wedding day so special. Nothing was too much trouble. Maria kept in touch and helped us organise and plan our wedding and Kim ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. Together they made sure our day was perfect! The food was delicious! All our guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the food and how fabulous they thought the venue was. We wish we could relive it all over again. We would not hesitate to recommend West Tower to anyone looking for the dream wedding venue.

The run up to the day was made so easy by the expert team at West Tower nothing was too much trouble even down to a surprise visit from our pup max which just completed our day. 

The day itself could not have been any better if we had tried it was absolutely faultless every guest has told us how amazing the day was and this was down to the amazing team at West Tower. 

The food was absolutely first class and received a compliment from everyone in attendance. All the dietary issues were catered for with ease.
