Set amidst acres of rolling Lancashire countryside, and with stunning spaces for your ceremony, wedding breakfast and first night, there are so many elements that make West Tower the perfect choice for your wedding. Let’s take a look at just a few…
1. The ceremony spaces are spectacular
Let’s face it… the setting in which you say ‘I do’ is pretty important. This is your wedding day after all! At West Tower, you can tie the knot inside or out, depending on the season. From April to September, if you’d like to make the most of the beautiful gardens, our wedding pagoda is an idyllic outdoor wedding venue for that special moment. Alternatively, throughout the year, the elegant Ballroom is also licensed for ceremonies. Which will you choose?
2. It’s exclusively yours
If you’d like to feel like you’re in your own country residence, this is the place. West Tower is all yours from the moment you arrive until you leave the following morning. It’s your home away from home (albeit a rather magnificent one), and we’re here to create the wedding of your dreams. Our talented chefs use the finest produce to produce an exceptional dining experience, based on your choices. Quite simply, it’s all about you!
3. The location is excellent
Your guests are likely to be travelling from far and wide to be with you on your wedding day. At West Tower, you can relax in the knowledge that we are easy to find wedding venue near Preston and just an hour from the major cities of Liverpool and Manchester. When you’re here, you’ll feel like you’re in a secluded countryside haven, but the convenience of the city is within easy reach.
4. It’s a venue for all seasons
We love weddings at West Tower in every month of the year. During the spring and summer, the views are spectacular and the landscaped gardens become the perfect outdoor civil wedding venue, welcome drinks and garden games. The magnificent windows in the Ballroom let the light come flooding in, and guests enjoy sitting on the picturesque terraces. As autumn and winter arrive, guests experience the cosy side of West Tower. Beautiful chandeliers and candlelight illuminate the ballroom, and you can relax beside the open fire in the Leather Lounge.
5. You can spend the night
We think it’s a real bonus if you don’t have to leave West Tower at the end of the evening. While there is plenty of accommodation within easy reach of the venue, West Tower is a wedding venue with accommodation which can accommodate up to 45 of your guests in 19 luxurious bedrooms. Seven of these rooms are in the main house, including the Dom Perignon suite – a sumptuous bedroom designed especially for the happy couple.
West Tower, your civil wedding venue for all seasons, and all under one roof!
