Sometimes that special occasion calls for intimacy so why not take advantage of our private dining facilities?  Our team of waiters will be on hand just for you and your guests to make sure you have everything you need. 

Our head chef Zoe Thorpe, who has more than 15 years experience within five star luxury hotels including three rosette fine dining restaurants, will lead the team to create your perfect menu.

Perhaps you would like to opt for a buffet menu which includes mouthwatering options such as hot ciabatta stuffed with plum tomatoes and mozzarella; a finger selection including Lancashire pork and meat pies with a selection of pickles; a relaxed barbecue or a traditional hog roast.  Or perhaps you would prefer a more formal dining experience with indulgent menus including root vegetable soup with chilli goats cheese cream; Roast rib of beef with thyme, Yorkshire pudding, fondant potato, roasted root vegetable spears, fine green beans and Madeira jus, rounded off with iced white chocolate and raspberry parfait with raspberry syrup.
