Buffet Menu
We provide a mouthwatering buffet option for your evening celebrations. A wonderful hog roast with crispy crackling and sage and onion stuffing may be to your taste, or perhaps a mouthwatering lamb tagine with spiced fruit cous cous will appeal to you and your guests.
Again our chefs will meet with you to tailor a menu bespoke to you. A barbecue option with local steaks, home made sausages, salmon supreme in a lime and chill marinade will tickle the tastebuds whilst a finger buffet featuring plum tomato and mozzarella may be your favourite.
