Bridal Boot Camp
Need to drop a dress size before the Big Day? Sign up to our brand new Bridal Boot Camp!
At West Tower we’ve designed a 6 week programme tailored to shift those unwanted pounds before your big day! Six sessions of training will be delivered twice a week by personal trainer, Mark Beesley, who has designed a varied training programme including circuit training, running, body weights and much more. Furthermore, your bridesmaids and family members are also welcome to take part!
Attendees will also benefit from nutrition advice and BMI and body measurements, enabling you to track your progress over the 6 week course.
Brides, bridesmaids and family members should see an improvement in:

Wednesday evenings start at 6pm at West Tower however we can be flexible on starting time, Sunday sessions start at 9.00am.
The cost for the 6 week Bridal Boot Camp is £120, making that just £10 a session! Participants must commit to the full 12 courses.
Course must be paid in full 2 weeks prior.

"I have just completed the bridal boot camp at West Tower with trainer Mark Beesley. My wedding is not until 2013 so I used the boot camp for the improvement of my general fitness. I would highly recommmend it for this purpose as well as for a way to lose a few pounds just before your wedding day. It was fun to train with a group and nice to meet West Tower staff that took part. Mark is very innovative in designing the training sessions. We took part in new and interesting classes each week including boxing,running and circuit training. The sessions progressively get more challenging & Mark is great at motivating you to do your best and achieve great results, while also maintaining a fun atmosphere. The focus of the classes is on maximising the time you have to train which I feel gave real value for money. I received an e-mail from Leonie asking for people to sign up for
"Bridal Bootcamp" my first thought was no way! However when I
got there for my first session Mark (personal trainer) and West Tower staff
made me feel relaxed and excited about taking part. I really enjoyed
the bootcamp sessions and although Mark works you hard he creates a very
friendly and supportive atmosphere encouraging everyone to take part. It
was great that the West Tower staff also took part in the programme. The
sessions were very varied and you feel like you are having a very thorough
workout that works every part of your body. After being reluctant at
first I actually look forward to every session and will miss it when it
finishes. Its fair to say that my enjoyment of these sessions is mostly
down to Mark as he supports you and and motivates you throughout all
of your training along with the staff from the West Tower. I
