Banqueting Menu
We offer an extensive menu of wonderful banqueting options. Our ‘Sumptuous’ menu offers delights such as honey glazed goats cheese with parma ham and tomato salsa; followed by poached fillet of salmon herb buttered new potatoes, sautéed spinach, caviar and dill cream and rounded off beautifully with white and dark profiteroles with fresh berries.
‘Indulgence’ choices include West Tower crayfish cocktail with traditional garnish to start, followed by slow braised lamb shank, dauphinoise potato, carrot and parsnip spears, green bean bundle, rosemary and red wine jus. Deserts include lemon syllabub with pistachio biscotti.
Our ‘Opulence’ menu includes starters such as warm salad of confit duck, rocket and parmesan, with balsamic dressing and spiced apricots; mains include chicken supreme wrapped in crisp parma ham with pork sage and apple stuffing and cranberry filled fondant potato and crushed root vegetables followed by West Tower Eton mess. Vegetarian options are available as well as intermediate courses.
